The villa is a beautiful, family owned property just 10 minutes from Disney in Kissimmee, Florida with everything you would expect to find to make your vacation special.

We have a young family and have stayed in rental villas ourselves when we went to Florida. When we decided to buy one, we made sure it had all the plus points we had been looking for when searching for somewhere to stay (4 bedrooms and a pool close to Disney, Universal and Sea World mostly!) so we are sure you will find everything you want in our villa.

Eagle Heights at Eagle Pointe

The house is just off route 192 (which may not seem important but it will become apparent why you want this when you arrive) near the Walmart (another big plus!) about 10 minutes from Disney's front gate. If you have hopper passes you can come out of the park for dinner and easily go back for the fireworks. With an element of individuality, this exclusive 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom home boasts a heated and fully screened pool that is not overlooked.

Air conditioning, linen, towels, iron and ironing board are all included in the price. Local calls can also be made from the telephone.Additional costs would be incurred for pool heat but unlike some others we do not charge for hire of cots and high chairs (we once had small children as well!)

	Upstairs a Huge Master bedroom and en-suite bathroom, with double vanity unit, separate shower unit and toilet. Double bedroom downstairs with shower room and 2 further twin bedrooms (also on the second floor) with a third bathroom, again with shower, toilet and double vanity unit.
	Luxury kitchen, fully equipped including microwave, dishwasher, oven, fridge, freezer, breakfast bar, stools, small table and chairs and all utensils required for modern living. A formal living/dining room with sofa bed and dining table and chairs, a family lounge with further sofas, 50 Inch HDTV with HD Cable, DVR Playstation and CD Player. A further 4 televisions are in the bedrooms and PC with Free High Speed Internet.
	The pool is south facing so when we get back from the parks or shopping (or wherever!) the kids can play and there is still plenty of time for sunbathing.
	New for May 2006 a Stand Alone Hot Tub to soak away those aches and pains after a day at the parks or on the Golf Course. <see here why this is different to a spa> and we have installed a BBQ area for those of you who want to cook outdoors.
	There is even more fun to be had in our new Games Room complete with Pool Table, Air Hockey, Table Soccer and Darts.
