Prices are per villa per week and are inclusive of 13% Florida Tax and Spa Heat.

Pool heat is an additional £100/USD180 per week if required.

Stays of 6 nights or less incur a cleaning charge of £60/USD100

A deposit of £250/USD450 will secure a booking.

Payment of the balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival.

Fully Refundable Damage Deposit of £250/USD450 is also required and

will be returned subject to a favourable exit report from our management team.

We accept payment via cash, wire transfer or credit card. Credit card transactions will incur a 3.5% service charge.   Please let us know if you want to pay this way and we will send you details.
